Ski Guide

Beginners
Good: Beginners of all ages will benefit from learning to ski in Voss. The Mt. Hangur cable car takes skiers to the plateau area where the ski school is located in comfort. From there, the excellent English speaking instructors help you to progress onto the rest of the mountain.
Intermediate
Excellent: A well linked traditional lift system will keep intermediates on the move all day. With virtually no lift queues and 40 km of varied piste available, skiers at this level will be kept entertained throughout their holiday. Voss also offers the intermediate skier an excellent opportunity to try off piste within a safe environment.
Advanced
Good: Skiers at this level can try the challenging runs from Floytesteinen and Stettafjell as well as competition slopes down to Bavallen. With plenty of powder available off piste is an exciting adventure.

Snowboard Guide:

Good: The uncrowded slopes in Voss are ideal for beginners to learn and build confidence. Snowboarders at intermediate level can enjoy the fun park with half pipe, big jump and boarder cross.
