Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. We
understand the importance of snow on a skiing holiday and Norway's
location north of Europe guarantees fantastic snow conditions from
November until May. The snow conditions are so good that we will
offer you a FULL REFUND or ALTERNATIVE HOLIDAY WITHOUT EXTRA CHARGE in
the unlikely event of no snow. Of course terms and conditions apply
so please see below for more details:
When and What is Covered?
Dates of Guarantee: 23/12/11 - 15/04/2012 inclusive
Resorts covered by Guarantee: Hemsedal, Trysil
Trysil - minimum number of Slopes open (km) 20km
Trysil - minimum vertical drop 620m
Hemsedal - minimum number of Slopes open (km) 5km
Hemsedal - minimum vertical drop 628m
Lifts/Slopes closed due to technical or adverse weather
conditions are not subject to this guarantee

How Does This Guarantee Work?
Quite simply, 7 days prior to your departure should the minimum
requirements above not be met call us on 020
7917 6044 or email booking@ski-norway.co.uk
to claim your full refund or to discuss alternative holiday
options. Alternative holidays will be based on a like for like
basis and are subject to availability.
This guarantee is offered as an additional
benefit and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
